Privacy Policy

Effective July 30, 2026 · Last updated July 30, 2026

The AI Silo exists so your intelligence stays yours. The product itself is built to keep your data on your own hardware, and this policy explains the narrow set of information we do collect when you visit our website, ask us a question, or buy a unit.

01Who we are

The AI Silo is a product of TrueNorth ADI, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company with a mailing address at 3000 W. Memorial, Suite 123-652, Oklahoma City, OK 73120, United States. In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" mean TrueNorth ADI, LLC, and "you" means a visitor to theaisilo.com, a person who contacts us, or a customer.

We are the controller of the personal information described here. You can reach us at any time at info@truenorthadi.com.

02Your Silo and your data

This is the part most privacy policies cannot say, so we say it first:

If you deploy a Silo inside your organization and other people use it, you are the controller of what they put into it. We are not a processor of that content, because we never receive it.

03What we collect

We collect only what we need to answer you, sell and support a product, and keep the site working.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of personal information (such as health, biometric, precise geolocation, or government identifiers), and we ask that you not send them to us. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

04How we use it

We do not use your personal information to train AI models, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

05Why we are allowed to

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our lawful bases are: performance of a contract (fulfilling and supporting your order), legitimate interests (answering inquiries, securing our systems, and running our business, balanced against your rights), legal obligation (tax, accounting, and export records), and consent where we ask for it, which you may withdraw at any time.

06Who we share it with

We keep the list of third parties deliberately short. We disclose personal information only to:

07Cookies and analytics

The AI Silo website does not set advertising cookies, does not run third-party ad trackers, and does not build visitor profiles. Any strictly necessary storage used to make a page function (for example, remembering a configuration you selected while you move between pages) stays in your own browser. Our web fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which necessarily receives your IP address for that request. If we later add a privacy-respecting analytics tool, we will name it in this section before turning it on.

08How long we keep it

09How we protect it

The site is served over TLS. Submissions are written to storage that is not publicly reachable and are forwarded to a mailbox we control. Credentials are held on the server with restricted file permissions, never in the website's code, and never in a public repository. Access is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfect; if a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and any required regulator as the law requires.

10Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to a portable copy, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise a right, email info@truenorthadi.com with the request. We will verify that the request comes from you or an authorized agent, and we will respond within the time the applicable law requires (generally 30 to 45 days). There is no charge for a reasonable request.

If you are in the EEA or the UK, you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority. If you are in California, note again that we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, so there is no opt-out to make.

11Children

The AI Silo is a business product and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.

12International visitors

We operate in the United States, and information you send us is processed there. If you contact us from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and handled in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. Where a transfer mechanism is required for EEA or UK personal data, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses with our providers.

13Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above. For a material change we will give notice on the site, and by email where we hold your address and the change affects you. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
